Hybrid Press Brake is our innovative solution for one of this decade’s most critical challenges: rising energy costs. Manufacturers worldwide are facing continuously increasing energy prices, making efficiency not only an advantage but a necessity to remain competitive in modern production environments.

For this reason, we developed the Hybrid model. Instead of traditional AC motors and fixed-flow hydraulic pumps, Hybrid uses a servo motor combined with a servo pump and variable oil flow control technology. This advanced hydraulic system provides three key advantages:

• Up to 70% lower energy consumption compared to conventional hydraulic press brakes
• Up to 50% less hydraulic oil usage compared to traditional systems
• Up to 2x longer oil life, since oil only circulates during actual bending instead of continuously
• No oil cooler required even in demanding production environments
• Up to 15 dB quieter operation compared to standard hydraulic press brakes

• Rigid frame designed in SolidWorks with stress and deflection analysis, welded by certified welders and machined to 0.01 mm precision in a single piece
• Step Automation RK 15 (15" 2D) graphic touchscreen control
